The answer to this question is licensed does not hold a TFL PCO operator license in the UK. The TFL has rejected to renew the private hire operator license. According to TFL, the private operatories threat to public safety. There are various issues due to which TFL rejected to hold a license.TFL raised issues related to public safety and breaking the laws. Various drivers and other people also protested against this act of transport for the London department. In this article, we will discuss the reasons behind this.

Reasons behind why do PCO license hold a TFL PCO operators license in the UK

·         Deactivated accounts- the private operators have failed to comply with the rules of the TFL. The rule of the TFL that there should be an immediate update of the deactivated accounts of the drivers due to unscrupulous activities it should be notified to the department by the private operators. But the private operators failed to do so. Private operators can easily add this condition to their toolset of drivers but still, they have failed to full fill this requirement.
·         New update of the driver without a license–TFL requires certain documents to be submitted by the drivers in order to get the license from PCO. And if the TFL department is satisfied with the documents then only the license is granted. But there is no update by the private operators on the usage of the app by the drivers who were not having the London PCO driver license. This put the safety of the public of the UK at high risk.
·         Use of software for fake documents- there is certain software that was used by the drivers of private operators to prepare the fake documents that are required to be submitted by the driver to the TFL department. Fake documents helped drivers in getting topographical training course.
 Final note
So these were the reasons behind the above issue. TFL department said that private operators put the safety of the public at high risk just for the sake of earning profits.
